The Revista Universidad y Empresa (U&E) publishes the results of original, relevant, and rigorous research with a large theoretical and practical contribution, in addition to its solid empirical and conceptual foundation. U&E covers topics providing input into research, education, and practice in the field of Organization and Management Studies (OMS). The Journal is targeted at researchers, educators, and trainees in the OMS area, as well as any other individual, group, or institution interested in this discipline.
