Who have not listened the name “Sun Tzu” could imagine a lot of things on who is that person. Sun Tzu is an oriental general that wrote the book: The art of war 21 centuries ago. In this book, Sun Tzu teaches to the organizations to face a complex market by means of the formulation, selection and implementation of the strategy through the narration of situations characteristic of an army. This article makes an interpretation of the 13 chapters, looking for that those that are to the front of a company have a reading that allows them to find elements to assure the survival of its organization. Survival that implies sustainable financial results and adaptation to the turbulent environment
