Autores

O sucesso das equipes de trabalho nas organizações modernas vai muito mais além da colaboração para o logro dos objetivos organizacionais. O propósito deste estudo foi revisar os antecedentes, fundamentos conceituais, características e estudos que diferentes autores têm realizado sobre a Liderança Distribuída (LD) nas equipes de trabalho, como uma alternativa para otimizar sua efetividade. Identificam-se seus elementos distintivos, correntes conceituais e fatores a considerar em sua implementação. Discute-se como a LD pode influir favoravelmente no desempenho das equipes de trabalho.
