Abstract

Professors Larroumet’s article is aimed to inform about the current developments on the field of civil liability, both on the legislative and jurisprudential aspects.  Likewise, the issue of validity is again analyzed, and the need for a liability complex regime, not only for civil regulations, but for others types of  law.

Professor Larroumet’s argumentation pertains to solve issues of equity and social stability. What he labels as isocializationi of damages brings the need of compensating the injured party before finding the infringerís wrongdoing as it has been the tradition on liability theory.
