A priorização de projetos no setor elétrico exige ferramentas metodológicas que combinem critérios técnicos, econômicos, ambientais, sociais e de governança. Objetivo: este artigo apresenta o desenvolvimento de um modelo de tomada de decisão multicritério que integra efetivamente critérios de sustentabilidade, garantindo a priorização alinhada à estratégia organizacional da Central Hidroeléctrica de Caldas S.A. E.S.P. BIC. Metodologia: foi desenvolvido um modelo exploratório-descritivo baseado em um estudo de caso. Ele combina uma revisão sistemática da literatura, entrevistas semiestruturadas e a técnica Delphi para alcançar consenso e validar os critérios. Principais resultados: o modelo foi implementado utilizando o processo analítico hierárquico ahppara ponderar e classificar os critérios e foi validado conceitualmente junto a profissionais da organização. Conclusões: o modelo resultante está alinhado aos objetivos corporativos e às regulamentações do setor para melhorar a transparência, a rastreabilidade e a sustentabilidade nas decisões estratégicas.
