La gestión del conocimiento ha sido uno de los temas que más interés ha suscitado en el ámbito del estudio de las organizaciones durante los últimos años. El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en analizar la adopción de prácticas de gestión del conocimiento y su relación con las políticas de recursos humanos. El estudio se realiza en empresas que operan en la comunidad valenciana a partir de un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo.
