As redes conformadas por organizações desenvolvem intuitivamente novos modelos de interação que geram pequenos mundos, auto-organizados com um conjunto de regras, costumes, acordos, formas de negociação, intercâmbios de informação e de recursos, preços, custos e trocas, entre outros, potenciando a capacidade da rede à satisfação de necessidades dos grupos de interesse e procriando ambientes muito mais sãos; isto facilita a reação, o funcionamento, a flexibilidade e a cooperação na rede frente à instabilidade que hoje em dia prevalece no contexto mundial. O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever a ração do que possivelmente ocorre, concentrando-se na capacidade de transferência que têm as organizações para aplicar seu conhecimento à formulação e execução da estratégia organizacional na Rede, evolucionando a esta última a um organismo dinâmico e inteligente, que ajuda a potenciar dito processo de aplicação de informação, energia e recursos no ecossistema (entorno & contexto), assim como a potenciar os ciclos de retroalimentação requeridos pelas organizações, para que realizem uma prega a seu interior, com a suficiente carga de conhecimento do ecossistema, e desta forma, permitir-lhe que inicie os ajustes e o fortalecimento de processos e laços, que fomentam a inovação e o desenvolvimento de cada uma das organizações, da rede e sua estratégia.
