The networks formed by organizations, intuitively develop new models of interaction that generate small worlds, self-organized with a set of rules, customs, agreements, business, exchange of information and resources, prices, costs and tradeoffs, and others. Always enhancing network capacity towards meeting the needs of stakeholders, and procreating much healthier environments, in order to facilitate the reaction, performance, flexibility and cooperation within the network, compared to the instability that prevails today in the global context. The aim of this paper is to describe the reason for what may happen, focusing on the transfer of capacity of organizations to deploy their knowledge to the formulation and implementation of organizational strategy in the network, the latter evolving into a dynamic and intelligent organism, which helps to enhance the data delivery process, energy and resources in the ecosystem (environment & context). As well, as to increase the feedback loops required by organizations, to conduct a retreat inward, with load sufficient knowledge of the ecosystem, and thus, allow it to start the settings and the strengthening of processes and loops that encourage innovation and development of each organization, network and strategy.
