Abstract
The businesses are seen exposed to multiple tools that apparently they are the solution to the problems of crisis and profi t value, nevertheless, to analyze structurally these technologies covered itself that its nature this determined by the paradigm of the normality, the functionality and the productivity instead of the comprehension of the businesses as self-organized systems, dynamic and complex. The result, technical like the benchmarking that by its design instead of developing factors such as competitiveness, competitive advantage and sustainable growth. They achieve overcrowding of the sector, strategic convergence and imitation in the strategic sectors where they are implemented.
