In this article, we stared with the following questions: Had the relation changed between administration’s faculties in Colombia and the professors in the last past 15 years? If it effectively had, why these changes have appeared? Finding answers, we reviewed literature in organizational theory and we observed the experience in The Andes University Administration’s Faculty. Thanks to that review, we raised the coexistence of Isomorphism’s process in the organizations, the presence of the mechanisms that facilitate the development of these processes and we emphasized the importance of the organizational learning for the successful one of such.
