Objetivo: identificar en la literatura científica el alcance de la aplicación de las Escalas de Bienestar Psicológico de Ryff en muestras de trabajadores. Metodología: se realizó una scoping review y un análisis de redes de cocitación con el uso de las herramientas Science of Science (Sci2), Gephi y Covidence. Resultados principales: los temas más relevantes identificados son: 1) estructura factorial y propiedades psicométricas de las Escalas de Ryff en muestras de trabajadores. 2) Importancia de incluir variables sociales, culturales y demográficas en el estudio de las Escalas de Ryff en muestras de trabajadores. 3) Diferenciación del bienestar eudaimónico en el trabajo del bienestar general eudaimónico desde el modelo de Ryff. 4) Causas y aportes del bienestar eudaimónico en los trabajadores. 5) Intervenciones para la mejora del bienestar eudaimónico de los trabajadores. Conclusiones: se resalta que las Escalas de Ryff presentan dificultades en los análisis exploratorios y confirmatorios para reproducir la estructura factorial original de seis factores; además, se hace un llamado a que futuros estudios realicen la adaptación del modelo de los seis factores de Ryff específicamente al contexto del trabajo y no solo se dediquen a aplicar el modelo general en trabajadores.
