Abstract

In this article the author pretends to prove that contrary to the common wisdom Colombian administrative law has its origin in the Indian Law. The constant and uniform reference to the French model through our legal history has created a narrow conception that contradicts our reality. Basically, the administrative law conception rest on an historical distortion.
