Abstract

This paper presents research results of the project juridical and Institutional Mechanisms to Guarantee the Human Rights of COLOMBIAN Irregular Migrants. 1 show that the country Jacks a policy for them, in contrast with Peru and Mexico. Additionally, 1 discuss two important themes: Remittances and political representation.
