As características do comportamento empreendedor (CCE ) fazem parte da personalidade do ser humano, podendo surgir das necessidades de realização, poder e afiliação. O objetivo deste relatório foi estudar o CCE dos estudantes universitários de acordo com os seus interesses, sendo este essencial para o delineamento de programas de estudo
que através da educação empreendedora (EE) potenciem o desenvolvimento de novas ideias e empresas. Através de uma metodologia quantitativa, por meio de uma análise descritiva e análise de variância (Anova) a diferentes coortes, foram estudadas as variáveis do cce de 358 estudantes universitários da Faculdade de Ciências Empresariais (FACE) (engenharia comercial, engenharia civil informática, contadoria pública e auditoria) de dois campi universitários no sul do Chile. Os resultados indicaram que os CCE diferem amplamente com base nas coortes estudadas, com diferenças em gênero e disciplina, mas não em localização geográfica. Essas evidências poderiam subsidiar o desenho de planos de EE no ensino superior, dada a caracterização dos perfis de ingresso dos universitários ingressantes da face nas diferentes disciplinas de ensino da universidade em questão.
