Currently, many successful companies are leaving aside rigid and authoritarian organization schemes and are focusing their efforts towards the organization of self-managed work teams that comprise the achievement of efficiency, profitability and growth objectives necessary for the enterprise through the human development achievement of individual and group objectives. In Colombia, OTAS (Associate Work Organizations) have characteristics of self-rigid groups that must be well known and adopted by the company in order to maintain its participation in the market.
