University–Industry Links in Higher Education Institutions Experiences from Latin America

The articles compiled in this special issue support a common proposition: the adoption of emerging technologies, international standards, entrepreneurial training models, and cooperation mechanisms with the productive sector yields sustainable transformations only when universities build organizational capabilities to integrate them into their governance structures, academic processes, and engagement with the external environment.
