This research was to identify factors that infl uence the quality of service provided by the food industry suppliers who sell precooked white corn fl our to independent supermarkets in Maracaibo Municipality. The research was based on a descriptive, non-experimental - transectional design. We conclude that the supplier’s performance is complex because it must focus its strategies to its clients as to the fi nal consumer. The expectations are higher than the perceptions, creating the zone of tolerance is extended, so that you can assert that the quality of service is highly satisfactory.
