O Gerenciamento da Cadeia de Suprimentos Sustentável (gcss) tornou-se um tópico cada vez mais importante para as empresas, pois elas têm um impacto significativo no meio ambiente e na sociedade globalmente. À medida que as empresas buscam adotar práticas mais sustentáveis, há necessidade de uma inovação radical e abordagem estratégica que se concentre na sustentabilidade social, econômica e ambiental em todas as cadeias de suprimentos. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo é realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura recente sobre inovações com abordagens disruptivas no gcss, especificamente no contexto das pmes. Os resultados descrevem as concepções teóricas e empíricas dos estudos encontrados, relativamente a quatro práticas específicas (com uma abordagem mais disruptiva): comércio justo, economia circular, abastecimento local e produção orgânica, sem negligenciar a
existência de muitas mais. Em conclusão, a integração dessas inovações sustentáveis aponta para essa sustentabilidade social, ambiental e econômica da cadeia de suprimentos das pmes, graças a capacidades dinâmicas, como por exemplo a integração com as partes interessadas.
