Revisión de literatura sobre gestión de cadenas de suministro sostenibles e innovaciones disruptivas en Pymes

La gestión de la cadena de suministro sostenible (GCSS) se ha convertido en un tema cada vez más importante para las empresas, ya que tiene un impacto significativo en el medio ambiente y la sociedad a nivel mundial. A medida que las empresas buscan adoptar prácticas más sostenibles, es necesario un enfoque estratégico y de innovación radical que se centre en la sostenibilidad social, económica y ambiental a lo largo de las cadenas de suministro. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio es realizar una revisión sistemática de literatura reciente sobre las innovaciones con enfoques disruptivos en la GCSS, específicamente
en el contexto de las Pymes. Los resultados describen los conceptos teóricos y empíricos de los estudios hallados, respecto a cuatro prácticas puntuales (con un mayor enfoque disruptivo): comercio justo, economía circular, abastecimiento local y producción orgánica, sin desconocer la existencia de muchas más. Como conclusión, la integración de estas innovaciones sostenibles apunta hacia esta sostenibilidad social, ambiental y económica de la cadena de suministro de Pymes, gracias a capacidades dinámicas, como, por ejemplo, la integración con partes interesadas.
