Abstract
This article refers exclusively to the fi rst report of the research Strategy and Cooperation for the Colombian Organizations. Its specifi c objective is a multidisciplinary approach to the problem of cooperation. This is a fi rst step to advance towards theoretical constructions and inter and transdisciplinar perspectives that give us a comprehensive vision of the cooperation, and let us to develop mechanisms of design and management of cooperative strategic actions cooperation between companies.
