Abstract

During the War of the Supremes a professor at the Central University lectured about the legal treatment that should be given to enemies during a civil war. According to the doctrine of such figures as de Vattel or Andres Bello, he argued that damages caused by enemies in this type of confrontations should be regulated by law.
