The Colombian Constitutional Court, since its creation, has adopted different positions about the legal nature of social, economic and cultural rights, which fluctuate between the denial of their fundamental character to the full recognition of that nature. This article analyses and classifies those states, as well as their theoretical gaps, throw the studying of constitutional precedents.
