Abstract

This article is offered for discussion. A case of a 59-year-old woman with sudden loss of consciousness is presented. Cerebral computed tomography revealed intracerebral hemorrhage, in postoperative of surgical drainage of the hematoma, she had severe metabolic acidemia without apparent cause.
