The organizations context appears more and more unstable and volatile. The level of present complexity not only modifies the conditions of the corporative context, also it has impact in the vision tools, which the organizations imagine and design their future. This situation entails the necessity to design new tools that it allows the organizations to manage his resources, their relations and their products in a dynamic and complex context.
