Abstract

In general terms, the paradigms of the economy are the result of scientific constructions. You arrive at them through different disciplines, once the previous architecture of indicators, categories, concepts and in general theories, cannot explain in a satisfactory way the behavior of their study object, in reason to the changes within the same object, or to the changes inside the theoretical conceptions with which it has been tried to explain. These changes are a consequence of the increasing complexity of the system, or in their environment, according to Niklas Luhman’s thesis, namely system-world life-world, according to Jûrgen Habermas. This essay is an advance in draft of the project of investigation «Company and Development. » The objective of this study is to meditate on the problems of complexity, the epistemologic foundations of the development theories, and to contribute to the understanding from an evolutionary perspective of the society.
