Este trabajo pretende llenar un vacío en la literatura sobre el aprendizaje en las organizaciones: los modelos de organizaciones de aprendizaje que se presentan no siempre se asocian con el aprendizaje organizativo. Por ello, se presenta un modelo de organización de aprendizaje en el que se vinculan los constructos aprendizaje organizacional y organización de aprendizaje. El modelo toma base fundamental el desarrollo de ambientes de aprendizaje a través del liderazgo organizativo, y se fundamenta en cuatro propiedades o macroatributos: el liderazgo, la cultura de aprendizaje, el aprendizaje de los individuos en las organizaciones y los facilitadores del aprendizaje organizativo.
