Objective: This article analyzed the impact of 26 nature tourism enterprises in the department of Caquetá, Colombian Amazon, with the aim of evaluating their contribution to environmental conservation and community well-being. Methodology: Cluster analysis techniques (K-Means) and principal component analysis (PCA) were used to identify and classify the profiles of the enterprises based on their focus on sustainability, ecological regeneration, and personal well-being. Main Results: Four distinct profiles of enterprises were identified. While most prioritize environmental conservation and community strengthening, some models stand out for integrating ancestral knowledge and regenerative practices with high transformative potential. Conclusions: The findings highlight the need to design tailored support strategies and public policies that maximize the benefits of sustainable tourism. This study offers a replicable model for other biodiverse contexts and contributes to advancing knowledge on regenerative tourism aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
