This work is an application in the social scale of the elements of fuzzy logic. Particularly, this work takes the results of a previous study performed by the GIPE at the University of Rosario at 318 Colombian companies. The reach prepares an application on the perceptions of business actors, about the autonomy and efficiency of the employees in a company. Additionally, it shows a simulation in which the system autonomy-efficiency has iterating many times and them the results.
