Resumo

Se analizó el impacto de la gerencia algorítmica en las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores de plataformas digitales y su relación con la intensificación de la precarización del trabajo en entornos digitales. Se presenta una revisión de literatura entre 2013 y 2024, a partir de 26 estudios extraídos de las bases de datos JSTOR y Taylor & Francis, en inglés y español, con metodologías diversas. Se identificaron cuatro nodos clave: la nueva fábrica digital y las dimensiones del trabajo precario; la gerencia algorítmica en plataformas digitales: entre el control invisible y la autonomía simulada; nuevas estrategias de espacialidad del sindicalismo en plataformas digitales; y el precio del algoritmo: fractura del bienestar físico y mental de los trabajadores de plataformas digitales.
