In Spain similar examples to those in Colombia can be found with regard to administrative  autonomy, as in the autonomy  recognized of the Stock Market's National Commission, the Nuclear Security Council,  the  Spanish  Radio  Television  Public  Entity,  the  non transferred Universities, the Protection of Data Agency, the Consortium of the Canary's Special Area, the. National Electric System Commission, the Telecommunications Market Commission and of course the Bank of Spain. And by law nothing stands in the way that new entities will be conformed in a régime of functional independence or a special autonomy regarding the General Administration of the State. In order to guarantee their neutral performance the Spanish legislation introduces certain corrective elements like the  intervention  of  Congress  in  the appointment of its directive organs, or the assignment of a characterized judicial statute to the members of their  directive  organs,  substantially, with a guarantee of immobility in  the  execution  of  a position  and for the limited duration of it -except for few causes of termination. And mainly they enjoy functional autonomy in the exercise of their activity and in the  adoption  of  the  corresponding  decisions  that cannot be subjected to instructions, directives or government orders, nor be investigated  by the Administration  to which they are linked.
