Digital delivery platforms are an expression of new technological and communications developments and a new business model that grew exponentially during the Covid-19 pandemic and that has seen a window of opportunity for application owners and those who decide to invest. In the business. This paper intends to explore the discursive and material conflicts on the platforms, as well as the working conditions and the collective action of Rappi workers in Colombia. For this, a theoretical-methodological strategy is adopted that combines documentary research and empirical work from the perspective of platform capitalism.
