The life and work of the characters in the history of science can be studied by historians through the subjective edges of a prism formed by their own thoughts, perceptions and imagination, which means that it often results in distorted images that give rise to myths. This paper makes an invitation to critically analyze those images captured by historians about some of the main characters of science and their environment.
