Abstract

The presentation of a case of giant cell tumor with atypical clinical presentation through clinical, radiological and histological diagnosis, with primary localization in the thoracic spine and extensive extraosseous extension by infiltration of the lung and vertebral foramen in a 38-year-old male patient.
