An Introduction to the analysis of the fundamental right of Habeas Data

The present paper  presents  an  approach  to  the  habeas  data. development  in the  Colombi.an constitutional    jurisprudence.  It  makes reference  to  the  consideration  of  this  guarantee  as  a  fundamental right taking  into account the criteria outlined by the constitutional jurisprudence.   Also, it deals with  the boundaries with  other fundamental right, taking  into account the criteria outlined by the constitutional jurisprudence. Also,  it deals with  the boundaries with  other fundamental  rights  and  the  legal mechanisms  of  protection,  It  also analyzes the eventually suspension  of  this guarantee  and its limits, where the state of emergency, provided in the Constitution, has been declared. Finally, it assesses the possible conflicts between habeas data and other constitutional  fundamental  rights.
