Abstract

This paper intends to present specifically some legal instruments regarding the protection of maternity rights established in the legislation of Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela which are not expressly regulated in Colombia or are regulated differently, in order to determine the possibility of Colombia adopting and including them in its labour norms.
