Approaches to full reparation standars in collective judicial processes aimed toprotect human rights. The Jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights

This article makes an approach to a standard to provide reparations for gross collective human rights violations. For this purpose, from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the paper examines the concept of victim, individually and collectively, and reparation mechanisms (restitution, compensation, rehabilitation, satisfaction and guarantees of non repetition).
