Abstract

In this article, the author reflects upon an awakening of the human conscience about the imperative to protect the human person and the repayment by the perpetrators for their offences. It refers to the Responsibility/Pardon/justice triad as manifested in the universal juridical conscience. The ultimate source of all law.
