Políticas de la memoria: ¿una reflexión relevante para el derecho?, una reseña de Wills Obregón, María Emma, (2022) Memorias para la Paz o Memorias Para la Guerra, Bogotá: Critica, 2022

This text reviews Maria Ema Wills's last book, Memorias para la Paz o Memorias Para la Guerra.  The objective of the review is twofold: (i) It highlights the main contribution of Wills Book, that is to show that a politic of historic memory building for peace must provide symmetric spaces among actors that evoke the pass in contradictory ways; and (ii) it link the contribution of the book with legal theory thorough the idea that judicial decision is an space that generates memory and distributes participation spaces.
