Abstract

This article studies the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Justice, which addresses reinforced job stability in workers with manifest weakness. Likewise, it goes into the analysis of all the decisions that the Labor Chamber of the Superior Trial Court of Bucaramanga has resolved on the matter and synthesizes the jurisprudential line of the high Courts that the same Court has followed, considerations that constitute the theoretical core of the amparo Constitutional protection of reinforced labor stability in relation to the dismissal of workers in a situation of manifest weakness.
