Abstract

This essay, exclusive for our journal Estudios Socio-Jurídicos by doctor Nicolas Salom Franco, contains a truly legal primitial. It suppose to be the first answer to the well-known Hugo Grotio's "opuscole" The Fee Sea. This fascinating story wrote by the forgotten jesuit priest Nicolas Bonaert and title The Secure Sea is developed by Doctor Salom Franco.
