This study aimed to describe the results of the pilot and feasibility study of the Brazilian version of the South Africa and Tanzania (SATZ-BR) intervention in the school context. Participants were 31 adolescents with a mean age of 15.2 years (SD = 0.96). The intervention comprised 11 face-to-face sessions, and participants were assessed before and after the intervention regarding intention to use condoms, HIV/AIDS knowledge, HIV/AIDS stigma, assertive communication, and self-esteem. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive analyses of individual items and variables, as well as individual-level analyses of change patterns across assessment points. Process-related elements were analyzed according to feasibility domains. In the individual analysis, most adolescents showed improvement in self-esteem (58.6 %), HIV/AIDS knowledge (54.8 %), and HIV/AIDS stigma (51.7 %), while 46.4 % showed improvement in assertive communication. For intention to use condoms, most participants maintained their scores (77.4 %). Regarding feasibility, the intervention demonstrated acceptability, demand, implementation, practicality, adaptation, integration, expansion, and preliminary effectiveness. The findings suggest that SATZ-BR is a feasible intervention in school settings and reinforce the potential of sexuality education programs to promote adolescent health.
