Resumen

La violencia de pareja entre adolescentes tiene una alta prevalencia y puede considerarse un problema de salud pública debido a sus consecuencias negativas. Se necesitan acciones y programas para prevenirla y abordarla. Esta revisión sistemática tuvo como objetivo mapear y analizar la metodología de los estudios sobre la viabilidad, eficacia y efectividad de las intervenciones dirigidas a la prevención de la violencia en el noviazgo entre adolescentes publicados en revistas nacionales e internacionales entre enero de 2010 y diciembre de 2021. Se seleccionaron artículos en portugués, inglés y español, identificados en las bases de datos SciELO, Scopus, Web of Science y PsycINFO, utilizando los siguientes descriptores “Dating Violence” AND “Prevention Programme” OR “Intervention” OR “Treatment” AND “Adolescent” OR “Adolescents”. Siguiendo el modelo PRISMA, con la ayuda del software Rayyan QCRI y Microsoft Excel, la muestra final consistió en 53 artículos. Los resultados indican un predominio de estudios de eficacia, publicados en 2019, en Estados Unidos, de prevención universal, en contexto escolar, dirigidos a grupos mixtos de adolescentes. En general, las pruebas fueron favorables para las intervenciones grupales multicomponente, y menos eficaces para las intervenciones breves puramente psicoeducativas. Los temas abordados fueron principalmente la identificación, descripción y comprensión de la violencia en el noviazgo; el entrenamiento en habilidades; y la modificación de creencias y actitudes relacionadas con los estereotipos de género vinculados a la violencia en el noviazgo. Futuros estudios deben examinar la viabilidad de programas de prevención selectiva e indicada para adolescentes en contextos vulnerables.
