Organized armed groups actions in Latin America are not limited to committing transnational crimes, but, with some degree of acceptance, this groups tend to the imposition of a type of coercive community justice within marginal communities. Thus, the cases of Brazil, Mexico and Colombia are studied to show how this situation, far from being the exception, has become the norm in the Latin American continent.
