Resumo
Neste artigo vamos nos referir aos efeitos sobre as normas internacionais sobre o uso da força pode ser chamado de "limiar de gravidade" encontrado na definição do crime de agressão no artigo 8 bis do Estatuto de Roma. Enfatizando a gravidade como uma característica definidora de agressão, vamos procurar determinar se o limiar do artigo 8º introduz uma nova categoria dentro do uso ilícito de força. Para fazer isso, nós agressão no contexto das normas internacionais sobre o uso da força e as disposições do artigo 8º-A, em particular, a cláusula de limite, as referências a resolução 3314 (XXIX) da Assembléia Geral Nações Unidas e "entendimentos" aprovadas pela Conferência de revisão.
