Abstract

 This study pretends a development to the concept of victim policy in the case of consumption and production of transgenic food in Colombia. It establishes the connection between different solutions from the criminal, environmental and commercial law perspectives. 1t also explores the risk paradigm, making the solving problem process more complex, from the law point of view.
