Abstract

In this new edition of Estudios Socio-Jurídicos, we present a collection of articles that, utilizing diverse methodologies, theoretical approaches, and geographical realities, explore the complex interactions between law, society, and the transformational processes that the world and our society are currently experiencing. The articles gathered here not only reflect the rigor and academic solidity of their authors, but also their commitment to the critical analysis of legal phenomena of profound social, political, environmental, and cultural relevance.
