Este estudio investiga los comportamientos de retiro de dinero entre las poblaciones recién bancarizadas en Colombia que recibieron ayuda por la pandemia. Mediante encuestas y microdatos administrativos de FinTech, aplicamos métodos observacionales y experimentales para analizar los patrones financieros. Los resultados observacionales confirman que los beneficiarios dependen en gran medida de los retiros inmediatos de efectivo, aunque las tarjetas de débito físicas y la exposición prolongada a la plataforma mitigan esta tendencia. En el componente experimental, al utilizar incentivos aleatorios de encuestas como choques de microingresos, encontramos que la liquidez digital inesperada estimula de manera desproporcionada el gasto digital y las transferencias P2P en lugar de los retiros, particularmente entre los grupos vulnerables. En definitiva, si bien el desembolso digital obligatorio amplía el acceso inicial, lograr una inclusión financiera que mejore el bienestar requiere combinar herramientas estructurales de apoyo con incentivos conductuales específicos.
