The main objective of this study was to identify the effectiveness of the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in two women with experiential avoidance disorder through the designed structure and implementation of a psychotherapeutic intervention in Bogotá with a single case design of type AB with follow-up. We found that the processes of psychological inflexibility, causing discomfort in people, are subject to clinical work with a positive response, since from the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and techniques from there proposed, the participants began to turn their life to desirable values and relationships freely
