This article analyzes the scope of the reform of the Organic Law 1/2014, of 13 March, amending the Organic Law 6/1985 of 1 July, the Judiciary on universal justice in Spain. To do this, the foundation of the principle of universal justice and legislative developments in this country is addressed. Later, content and positive and negative jurisdictional limits, which entails the entry into force of this Act under review. Lastly, its possible unconstitutionality is studied.
