Resumo

Este trabalho examina e sistematiza a jurisprudência da Corte Penal Internacional em matéria de autoria, segundo se encontra prevista no artigo 25.3 (a) do Estatuto de Roma. O objetiva é determinar se os critérios e requisitos desta forma de responsabilidade em suas quatro variantes (autoria direta, coautoria, autoria mediata e coautoria mediata) se encontram bem assentados nas decisões da Corte Penal Internacional ou se, pelo contrário, existem ainda aspectos em que se identificam imprecisões ou diferenças de critério ao interior da Corte, que requerem ser aclaradas nos anos vindouros.
