Javier Ernesto Ramírez Bullón, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú

Licenciado en Ciencia Política y Gobierno por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), casa de estudios en la que es investigador en los grupos sobre órdenes regionales (GIOR) y política exterior peruana (GIPEP). Candidato a Magíster en Estudios Internacionales por la Universidad de los Andes. Última publicación: La prensa escrita y la política exterior peruana durante el diferendo marítimo con Chile (2019).
